We love coming to bear lake to unwind, ride bikes and spend time with our loved ones. It's a time to put the cell phones, laptops and every day stresses away. With that being said, we do have direct tv in every room (we're not savages;) x-box, tennis rackets for the nearby courts, BBQ on the deck and every kitchen amenity possible. This is essentially our second home so you will feel like you have every comfort at your finger tips. This is a three level home with two bedrooms on the top floor and one bedroom on the lower level. Kitchen and living space are on the main floor. Beautiful lake views from just about every room of the house. Boat parking is only a 2 min walk as well as the outdoor pool. Because we spend a lot of our time here, the garage will not be available for use. However, there is still parking in the driveway for two cars. No parking is allowed on will be towed. The market for both groceries or any forgotten items is a very quick drive but we prefer to walk or ride our bikes :) No smoking and no pets are allowed. There is no wifi. I suggest bringing a a device to turn into a hotspot if you need internet access.
